Tia Blanchard
I met Tia two years ago while my daughter was in the NICU. Tia showed the highest level of care and support for not only Jordyn but to us, her brother, and anyone else who came into the NICU. If you ask any of her coworkers they will tell you Tia has the biggest heart, she cares deeply, and she is highly talented. Tia shows her dedication both in the hospital and in the air (as a member of Trinity Health Flight Crew) as she transports the most critical patients.
Tia worked at Trinity Health through June of 2026 and is starting her next adventure at Minnesota Children’s where she will continue to serve NICU Families
